It depends on where the seller sends from. A parcel sent within Vietnam goes by local courier or delivery rider, while one sent from abroad crosses a border first. Either way, get the stated delivery time and tracking in writing before you pay.

The same parcel travels very differently depending on where the seller sends it from. Ask which route applies before you compare two sellers’ delivery promises, because a three-day quote from abroad and a three-day quote from Ho Chi Minh City are not the same promise.
