A store website and the company behind it, with a stated presence in the country, such as an office or delivery times for Vietnamese cities.
A store website outside Vietnam. Your parcel is sent from abroad, so the stated delivery time and tracking matter more.

A seller account on a shopping platform. The platform runs the checkout and usually sets its own return and dispute rules, while the seller supplies the product and the paperwork.
A person or a page you deal with through posts and messages. What you agree in the chat is often all you have in writing.
Three checks carry across all four routes. If a seller cannot meet them, the route does not matter.
Whatever the route, the certificate should be published with its lot, test date and laboratory, not sent as a sample or a screenshot.
Read how the laboratory describes itself. Aligned to a standard is not the same as accredited to it.
A QR code or key on the certificate that opens it on the laboratory’s own website, not the seller’s.
